Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Integration: Streamline and unify IT systems into Azure.
• Cloud Management: Architect, deploy, and maintain Azure solutions.
• System Migration: Transition legacy platforms to Microsoft Business Central.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a dynamic IT team to support the organization’s growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Azure cloud architecture and migrations.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central.
• Demonstrated success managing IT transformation projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Flexibility: This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in Midlands, providing a balanced approach to work-life integration.
