We’re supporting a financial services client on a major ERP transformation and are looking for experienced Global Process Owners across Record-to-Report (R2R) and Order-to-Cash (O2C). This is a hands-on contract opportunity for senior finance transformation professionals who can lead detailed design, run workshops, and help shape key process decisions in a complex programme environment.
The role involves working closely with business and programme stakeholders to define future-state processes, support design decisions, and drive the detailed design phase forward. These are not people management roles — we’re looking for practitioners who are comfortable getting into the detail and leading from the front.
We’re looking for people with:
- Strong R2R or O2C process expertise
- 10+ years’ experience in finance transformation / process design
- Proven end-to-end delivery experience across discovery, design and implementation
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in detailed design, process solutioning and design authority discussions
- Financial services background strongly preferred
- Exposure to SAP and/or Workday ideal
- Oracle / NetSuite experience also relevant

Initial duration: to December, with strong extension potential
