Senior Product Leader - £1m-£5m ARR
A growing UK SaaS business in the portfolio, programme and project management space are looking to hire a Senior Product Leader (CPO). They are currently around 20+ people and £2m ARR, with plans to scale significantly over the next three to five years.
They are looking for a senior Product leader to own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, working closely with the founder and wider leadership team. The role will also lead the evolution of the UI/UX, strengthen the portfolio and programme proposition, and shape the AI agenda across both the product and development process.
Likely suitable background:
- Strong Product leadership within B2B SaaS
- Experience setting product strategy and supporting commercial growth
- Meaningful exposure to AI-enabled products or AI tooling
- Comfortable operating in a scaling, hands-on environment
- Government SaaS, G-Cloud, public-sector procurement or PPM experience would be advantageous
They are open to strong Heads of Product, Product Directors, hands-on CPOs or senior Product Managers already operating with broad ownership.
