Meet Siena. Siena is the Agent of Record for consumer brands, owning the entire customer journey on a shared intelligence layer that no point tool can replicate. Consumer brands typically run ten or more disconnected tools to manage their customers, but we collapse that stack into a single agent. It started with support, the hardest surface a brand has, and it expands from there: Shopping Agent, Social Agent, Siena working alongside a brand's own operators. Hundreds of brands already run real customer volume on Siena in production.
The team is small, fully distributed, and global. We have built leverage into how we work, allowing us to move at speed. We hire athletes who own real outcomes, communicate directly, and act promptly when they see something worth addressing. Low ego, high standards, fast clock. If you want to own real problems rather than close tickets, keep reading.
As a Product Specialist at Siena, you become the resident expert on how our platform works end-to-end: how each agent behaves and how they work together as one system. You own a defined product surface deeply, diagnose it with authority, and serve as the bridge between the customers using it and the PM shaping its future. You're T-shaped, knowing the whole platform while going deep on one or two agents. You learn the product thoroughly (prompt engineering, config, deployment) and apply that knowledge across various product activities. This is a versatile, hands-on, product-minded role, not a ticket-closing one. You'll work a support queue, but the focus is on what it teaches you about how the product behaves in the real world. You're energised by the loop: learn the product cold, diagnose agent behaviour, enable people to use it, spot themes, feed product, repeat.
If you've ever sat close to a product, noticed something missing from the roadmap, and pushed for change, this role is built for you. It's for someone excited to work across a variety of product-related activities and eager to grow into product management, product marketing, deployment, or agent deployments.
Who you are:
- Product-minded above all: you champion change and influence what gets built.
- You've taken themes across tickets or customer feedback to push product or roadmap direction.
- Genuinely curious about how things work under the hood, happy to roll up your sleeves.
- A clear communicator who moves between technical and non-technical people without losing either.
- AI-native: you use AI tools to do real work at scale and reach for new ones without being asked.
- You want into product, fast and deep.
- Based in EMEA or North America for strong timezone crossover with the team.
Bonus points if:
- You've worked in e-commerce or DTC brands, social media or community management, or done hands-on CX at scale.
- Hands-on with APIs, Shopify themes, prompt engineering, or user research.
What you'll do:
- Own a defined Siena product surface and become its resident expert.
- Learn the platform cold: how the agents behave, how they work together, prompt engineering, config, deployment.
- Diagnose agent behaviour with authority: product, config, or customer setup.
- Run the feedback loop to the PM: turn patterns seen across customers into clear, prioritised signals that shape the roadmap.
- Own enablement: the docs, guides, and live-chat material that sit between too-technical and too-marketing.
- Run webinars and demos, support sales, and conduct market research as needed.
- Work the support queue on your surface, not as overflow, but as your direct line to how the product behaves.
Why Siena?
- Real ownership: you will own problems, not tasks, with the autonomy to solve them your way.
- Work that ships and matters: what you build reaches real consumer brands quickly.
- A category we are creating: The Agent of Record is new ground with unsolved problems and cutting-edge models.
- A team that respects your judgment: globally distributed, async-first, low bureaucracy.
- Great salary plus equity or stock grants: own a piece of what you build.
- Learning budget: if you are growing, so are we.
- AI-fluency by default: few places will push your work with production AI further or faster.
Our values:
The people who thrive here are curious, customer-obsessed, and take ownership without being asked. They fix problems first and explain later. They're direct about feedback—both giving and receiving it—because they care more about getting things right than being polite. They maintain high standards while moving at startup speed and build real relationships with teammates because they know that's how great work gets done. When things get tough, they adapt and keep pushing forward.
Our approach to AI:
The people who thrive here treat AI like a natural extension of themselves. They've built their own ecosystem of agents for various tasks. Everyone gets premium accounts for AI tools plus a quarterly budget for new tools. The magic happens in how we share knowledge through demo days and collaborative discussions.
At Siena, we’re looking for people who want to break boundaries, create the future, and reshape industries. If that’s you, we look forward to your application.
