Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end service delivery for key customer accounts in the UK Energy Market.
- Building strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular review meetings.
- Driving operational performance and continuous improvement across teams.
- Handling customer issues, complaints, and service credits with confidence and ownership.
- Using data and feedback to influence change and enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to support onboarding, renewals, and rollouts.
Qualifications
