Responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end service delivery for key customer accounts in the UK Energy Market.
  • Building strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular review meetings.
  • Driving operational performance and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Handling customer issues, complaints, and service credits with confidence and ownership.
  • Using data and feedback to influence change and enhance the customer journey.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to support onboarding, renewals, and rollouts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
