Senior Account Manager Data Centers – UK
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Account Manager in energy management and distribution with a broad network in the UK. Bring the world more sustainable with Siemens.
At the Siemens headquarters in The Hague, the Center of Competence Data Centers focuses on the realization of multidisciplinary Data Center projects globally. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients – leading Data Center operators, consultants and contractors – and drive new business from existing clients and seek new sales opportunities. Your base will be the UK.
Responsibilities
- Further develop UK general contractors and consultants.
- Support colleagues for projects across EMEA.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
- Develop close relationships within Siemens operating capture and execution teams working globally.
Qualifications
- Large network in the UK and Ireland data centre ecosystem.
- Validated experience in successful sales of power transmission and distribution systems/projects ranging from medium voltage down to low voltage.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key partners at all levels of an organization, including executive and C‑level.
- Ability to balance multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Driven, flexible attitude and willingness to travel.
- Resilience and determination to nurture short and long sales cycles.
