About the role: We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our dynamic Quality team at our Magnet Technology site in Oxfordshire. This position plays a pivotal role in strengthening both internal and supplier‑related quality processes, driving continuous improvement, and championing high standards across the organisation. This role offers a broad remit across data analysis, auditing, process compliance, documentation management, and quality performance improvement. It requires someone proactive, analytical, collaborative, and confident engaging with cross‑functional stakeholders. The position supports both operational activities and the wider strategic direction of the Quality function.
What you’ll be doing:
- Auditing equivalent professional experience in quality roles will also be considered.
- Proven background in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or manufacturing quality roles.
- Understanding quality management principles, such as the ISO 9001 quality standard, and quality control techniques is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively, anticipate needs, and deliver improvements beyond expectations.
- Confident analysing data, identifying trends, and communicating insights effectively.
- Skilled at building collaborative relationships and working constructively across departments.
- Adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a dynamic, delivery‑focused environment.
