We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead Rolling Stock overhaul and modification projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, cost, and time. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will provide strong leadership across project teams, driving collaboration, communication, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in leading diverse teams, implementing organisational change, and delivering customer commitments in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment.

Responsibilities:
- Leading Rolling Stock overhaul and modification projects, ensuring safe delivery to agreed time, cost, and quality targets.
- Building, developing, and leading diverse cross‑functional project teams while driving collaboration and organisational change.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior customer representatives, through clear and effective communication.
- Developing and maintaining robust project plans, proactively managing risks, opportunities, requirements, and project deliverables.
- Supporting business growth by contributing project management expertise to bid opportunities and helping develop clear, strategic proposals.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with Siemens Mobility governance, health & safety standards, and customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing projects with a track record of successful delivery.
- IMPA Level D/ APM PFQ or equivalent.
- Experience implementing lean management principles.
- Experience using Primavera/MS Project/MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
