- Electrical Engineering background (degree or equivalent experience preferred)
- Some experience in power systems/electrical equipment industry
- Deep understanding of protection relay technologies
- Solid understanding of utility operations and substation automation
- Perfection in analytical thinking and strategic planning

- Experience with IEC 61850 and digital substations
