  • Non‑Conformance & CAPA Management: Coordinate internal and supplier non‑conformance processes, ensuring accuracy, timely completion and full documentation compliance. Monitor KPIs, analyse trends and escalate systemic issues through the CAPA process. Act as Quality Coach for CAPA activities, guiding teams to identify root causes and achieve effective, sustainable solutions. Support development and execution of internal and supplier Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Data‑Driven Quality Performance: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Proactively recommend corrective or preventative actions that strengthen process robustness. Present summarised insights to cross‑functional teams, enabling informed decision‑making. Ensure scorecards, dashboards, and quality KPIs are maintained, accurate, and visible.

Build strong, positive working relationships and provide supportive, balanced challenge when needed. Promote a culture where quality, continuous improvement, and forward‑thinking solutions are valued and embedded.
