Responsibilities

  • Drive Value Realization & Delivery Excellence: Own the charge in driving value realization, ensuring high-quality, timely, and within-budget project delivery.
  • Establish and implement robust project structures and governance, actively upholding the Siemens Delivery Framework to ensure clarity, control, and consistent project success.
  • Master project financials, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to safeguard success and financial health, while providing strategic insights.
  • Lead the tracking of project performance, reporting metrics, and providing insightful, strategic recommendations to senior management, ensuring transparency and facilitating informed decision-making.

Your Foundation

The total cash compensation range for this position is £50,000 to £99,900 with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
