This is a delivery focused specialist role, reporting directly into the Head of Talent Acquisition. Strategy and overall direction will be set at Head of TA level; your role is to translate that strategy into high‐quality, data‐led attraction activity, working hands‐on with internal stakeholders and external TA marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are effectively planned, delivered, and optimised. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

You'll own the day‐to‐day execution of talent acquisition marketing activity across GB&I, using insight and analytics to continuously improve outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Campaign Delivery & Project Leadership
    • Oversee the end‐to‐end delivery of TA marketing and attraction campaigns across GB&I
    • Brief and manage external TA marketing agencies, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables
    • Act as the internal project liaison, coordinating stakeholders and keeping activity on track
    • Translate attraction strategy into practical, executable marketing plans
  • Data, Insight & Optimisation
    • Use recruitment and marketing data to assess campaign performance and ROI
    • Track, analyse, and report on attraction metrics such as traffic, applications, conversion, and source effectiveness
    • Apply insight to continuously refine messaging, channels, and campaign approach
    • Ensure activity is evidence‐based, not intuition‐led
  • Employer Brand & Content Execution
    • Execute employer brand activity aligned to the Siemens global and GB&I EVP and attraction priorities
    • Ensure content is consistent, inclusive, and optimised for the right audiences and channels
    • Work closely with TA Consultants and Partners to support role‐specific and campaign hiring needs
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management
    • Be the day‐to‐day contact for external TA marketing agencies
    • Partner with TA colleagues to understand hiring priorities and translate them into attraction activity
    • Work confidently with senior stakeholders while remaining delivery‐oriented
  • Governance & Consistency
    • Ensure all activity aligns with global and GB&I TA standards, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements
    • Maintain clear documentation, briefs, and reporting
