Are you a strategic and digitally savvy Marketing Manager ready to drive sales growth and strengthen market presence? We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to support Electrium Sales Ltd (ESL) UK's sales strategy and commercial objectives across all customer touchpoints. Working closely with product and sales teams, you will develop engaging content and campaigns across digital, social, web, and face-to-face channels to enhance visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and support our go-to-market strategy.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management.
  • Providing an effective interface between ESL product units and ESL sales teams, fostering strong, consistent working relationships.
  • Developing ESL’s visibility and digitalisation by creating usable and relevant content for distribution via face-to-face activities and virtual customer experience.
  • Creating and executing a strategic business plan to advance the digital development of ESL sales & marketing activity.
  • Supporting the achievement of budgeted turnover and margin results, with specific targets for key product areas.
  • Enhancing product promotion and training to support sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Generating regular, high-quality feedback and monthly reports on departmental activity and targets using CRM.
  • Maintaining personal capability in line with the requirements of the ESL UK competency matrix.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Proven experience in people & performance management, fostering team growth and accountability.
  • Degree, higher education qualification, CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) qualification, or equivalent professional marketing qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and using digital marketing platforms such as website, social media and video content.
  • Ability to work with internal and external suppliers to deliver impactful content within budget.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience of campaign planning and promotional activity.
  • Providing accurate and reliable content (both written and visual).
  • Demonstrating a growth mindset, with the ability to thrive in a structured environment.

It’s great if you have these, but not essential:

  • Ability to liaise with trade associations and external database providers (e.g., Luckins, Voltimum).
  • Experience providing market analysis and feedback on sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Previous digital marketing experience or marketing experience in a similar product portfolio.
  • Strong IT skills with a focus on written and numeric capability.
