Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team with processes, assurance and compliance to ensure maximum output in the growth of engineering capability and delivery in the region.
- Prepare and distribute ESL T2 packs.
- Take meeting minutes, organise and create presentation packs and arrange venue for Design and LPEM meetings.
- Complete monthly fatigue audits, follow correct process when exceedances occur and set up Standards Briefing meetings, manage signature sheets and other necessary tasks.
Impact
- Managing onboarding, offboarding and role changes on HR portals.
- Maintaining accurate absence records on SharePoint and submitting any absence documentation on the HR system.
- Updating training matrix for Project Engineering, Design and Test and coordinating the training allocations for each year.
- Ordering new equipment for new starters/employees and supporting the leaver process when required.
- Administering SharePoint sites and ensuring content compliance and up‑to‑date information.
- Supporting the Design, Project Engineering and Testing teams as required.
Success criteria
- Deep understanding and practical application of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to build a good rapport with different parts of the business.
- Being proactive and agile.
- Knowledge of Design Control process and development of digital tools (desirable).
