We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starting Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of our maintenance service contracts that keep the Signalling and Telecoms systems running smoothly. This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, autonomy and making a real impact.
Responsibilities- Managing contracts related to the delivery of maintenance services for Railway Infrastructure (signalling and Telecoms).
- Leading service delivery in line with KPIs, budgets, and safety standards.
- Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Driving continuous improvement through contract reviews and performance metrics.
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives and identifying new service opportunities.
- Managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Handling contract variations and small works opportunities, including estimating and quoting.
- Being a motivated self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in collaborative environments.
- Demonstrated experience in service delivery management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills that inspire confidence and clarity.
- A solid understanding of ITIL (ideally Foundation Level V4), or a willingness to gain certification—with the ability to apply it pragmatically.
- A background in rail infrastructure or another safety-critical industry, coupled with a genuine interest in learning more about the rail sector.
- The ability to grasp technical concepts and contribute meaningfully to contract-level discussions.
- Flexibility to support major escalations outside of standard office hours when needed.
