Overview
In this role, you will lead planning and resource management for Customer Service portfolios, ensuring alignment with maintenance schedules and timely delivery.
You will manage service delivery, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support commercial and technical documentation.
You’ll drive continuous improvement and uphold HSSEQ standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and revenue goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive plans for all Customer Service portfolios, ensuring resource availability and alignment with maintenance schedules
- Oversee project execution from start to finish, meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets while communicating with stakeholders
- Ensure SAP order management is up to date and align production plans with customer demands and revenue goals
- Provide expertise in tenders to ensure realistic project scopes and coherence with production capabilities
- Collate and verify bogie and wheelset data and support technical administration for accurate project records
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency
- Implement safe working practices and maintain compliance with HSQEW policies
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers to support operational success
