Location: This is a hybrid role where you can split your time between home and the Hindley Green office.

In this position, you'll build and develop relationships with electrical wholesale customers across the UK. Working as part of the Sales team, you'll engage with customers via telephone, email and virtual meetings, helping to identify opportunities, promote products and campaigns, and support the growth of existing accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of electrical wholesale customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers via telephone, email and virtual meetings to understand their requirements and identify opportunities.
  • Promote products, services and sales campaigns to increase customer engagement and product penetration.
  • Support the growth and development of existing customer accounts through effective account management.
  • Identify dormant or underperforming accounts and help implement plans to re-engage customers.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers and contribute to account development activities.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to support wider sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and monitor account activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute towards achieving individual sales targets and supporting profitable business growth.
