How You’ll Make An Impact
- Transformation project delivery: Work on (and sometimes lead) key workstreams within large-scale transformation programs for blue-chip global manufacturing organisations, delivering real results that unlock cost, cash and operational efficiencies.
- Industry expertise: Build industry experience to gain credibility with clients and offer real-world experience and solutions to their problems, leveraging our organisational experience and knowledge of the wider team.
- Procurement and Supply Chain know-how: Apply analytical skills, building P&SC knowledge to solve real world problems ranging from Planning/Inventory Optimisation, SIOP, Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Resiliency and Procurement capability development.
- Delivery Excellence: Implement your workstreams on time and to the highest quality, delighting our clients with project results.
- Digital Transformation: Using not only the wider expertise available within Siemens, but also the digital enablement and solutions to solve complex client problems and help our clients achieve the factory of the future.
- Client Sales Engagement: Support the leadership team in client business development engagements, including pitches and sales material support during project down-time.
- Knowledge Management: Contribute to the organisational learning within Siemens Advanta, supporting the on-going development.
