Location: Stoke Poges - This role will be primarily based at our Botanica Ditton Park site. We are planning to relocate to Botanica Ditton Park from January 2027. Until then, the role will be based at our current Stoke Poges office.

Business Area: Siemens Financial Services (SFS) Siemens Financial Services is recruiting an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our Asset and Specialist Finance Internal Sales team. This role is ideal for a commercially focused internal sales professional who already has a solid grounding in asset finance or leasing and is ready to take ownership of relationships, pipeline management and deal execution.

Working in close partnership with Business Development Managers, introducers and key vendor clients, you will play a critical role in driving new business, maximising profitability and supporting the delivery of SFS growth objectives across our UK sales channels.

Your impact

  • End‑to‑end management of SFS proposals and lease submissions, ensuring commercial accuracy, credit robustness and timely delivery.
  • Developing, maintaining and deepening relationships with end customers, third‑party introducers and vendor partners to maximise new business volume and yield.
  • Managing a defined portfolio of accounts, alongside actively supporting Business Development Managers on key client relationships.
  • Taking ownership of opportunity management through CRM, ensuring disciplined pipeline control and high‑quality customer engagement.
  • Managing opportunities from initial enquiry and tender stage through to payout and activation, coordinating with Asset Management, Risk and Commercial Teams as required.
  • Supporting and contributing to sales meetings with introducers, suppliers and end customers, bringing insight and commercial awareness.
  • Pricing new business opportunities in line with strategic, risk and profitability guidelines.
  • Providing experienced sales support across the wider Asset Finance team and acting as a knowledgeable internal point of reference.
  • Undertaking initial credit assessments, preparing credit proposals and presenting cases at Credit Committee where required.
  • Owning accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting and weekly business updates.
  • Proactively contributing to wider business initiatives, system improvements and operational enhancements.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market developments and sharing relevant insights, risks and opportunities with the wider team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in internal sales, account management or sales support within asset finance, leasing or a related financial services environment.
  • Strong experience of managing regular customer and partner communication via telephone and written correspondence.
  • Sound commercial judgement, with the ability to prioritise, problem‑solve and manage complexity under pressure.
  • A strong understanding of leasing products, deal structures and pricing methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of credit risk, lending principles and financial assessment (preferred).
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Confidence working across multiple systems, platforms and CRM tools.
  • A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset, with the confidence to challenge, suggest enhancements and support change.
  • You’ll be a collaborative team player who is agile and adaptable, able to respond positively to changing needs when required.
