About the Job
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team as we launch Asset Essentials – a cutting‑edge SaaS Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in the UK market. In this high‑velocity sales role (average order values: £10–30k), you’ll be at the frontlines of introducing transformative asset management technology to potential manufacturing clients across the UK. Your success will be measured by pipeline/demand generation and new ARR bookings.
What you will do
- Increasing Demand on the Sales Team (SDR‑Type Activities): Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns; Identify and qualify decision makers in targeted campaigns; Capture accurate and complete information in the CRM, maintaining and growing the prospect database; Attend sales group meetings concerning targets or forecasts.
- Territory Management & Prospecting (Account Executive‑Type Activities): Drive new logo client acquisition for Asset Essentials CMMS across the UK manufacturing sector, achieving ARR bookings quota; Conduct strategic outbound prospecting within your designated territory; Identify, qualify, and develop high‑value business opportunities within the manufacturing vertical.
- Sales Execution (Inside Sales and Account Executive – Type Activities): Execute high‑velocity sales processes with AOVs of £10‑30k; Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure; Close sales by building rapport with prospects, explaining product capabilities, conducting discovery, and overcoming objections; Project‑manage the procurement process to ensure urgency and predictability.
- Relationship Building & Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders; Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning proposals and materials that align with client needs; Work effectively with SDRs to maximize pipeline generation.
- Performance & Development: Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives; Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently; Provide valuable market feedback and insights to support product development and marketing strategies; Stay sharp through ongoing professional development.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field of study OR 3+ years of prior sales experience in lieu of degree.
- High energy, passion, determination, and perseverance.
