What You’ll Do
- Join two topic teams focused on Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition, working alongside subject matter experts.
- Support business operations across the EMEA region, gaining exposure to international HR practices.
- Manage cyclical activities such as annual pay reviews, insurance renewals, and bonus processes.
- Contribute to regional projects and collaborate with colleagues across Siemens.
- Develop the breadth and depth of knowledge needed to become a well‑rounded Total Rewards professional.
- Travel internationally as part of project work to gain hands‑on experience for your professional career at Siemens.

- Hold an undergraduate or master’s degree in any subject — you will learn on the job.
