What Makes Our Process Different?

Your role will include:
- Assisting in designing, building, and testing electrical and automation systems.
- Learning to use industry-leading tools and technologies for power distribution and smart grid solutions.
- Working alongside experienced engineers and technicians to solve complex challenges.
- Developing skills in electrical engineering, automation, and digitalisation.
- Completing a Level 4 Electrical Engineering qualification attending college 1 day a week and undertaking your End Point Assessment in your final year.
What We’re Looking For:
- We welcome applicants from all backgrounds; if you’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
- Achieved at least 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above including Maths and English Language.
- Achieved or are on track to achieve 3 A-levels, BTEC, or equivalent level 3 qualification at grade B or above. At least one of your subjects must be Mathematics, Physics or Engineering.
- Interested in electrical engineering and keen to learn by doing.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well with others and communicate clearly.
- Organised and able to manage your time effectively.
- Curious and willing to ask questions and share ideas.
