At Siemens Mobility , we’re dedicated to transforming rail transport through innovative and purposeful technology. Our Rail Infrastructure (RI) business is a market leader in the UK rail industry, delivering cutting-edge signalling, train control, telecommunications, station management, electrification and integrated digitalisation solutions.
We’re now looking for a visionary Head of Strategy and Transformation to join our senior leadership team and drive the next wave of innovation and performance across our business.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Business Development and Digital Transformation , you’ll work across the RI business to lead strategic initiatives and transformation programmes that deliver real value to our customers and stakeholders.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence—turning bold ideas into embedded business-as-usual practices.
You\’ll be responsible for…
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement RI’s strategy in alignment with Siemens’ global vision, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term value.
- Transformation Delivery: Lead major transformation programmes, including innovation and AI initiatives from concept to full integration.
- Insight & Analysis: Continuously assess internal and external trends to inform strategic direction and business positioning.
- Collaboration & Engagement: Partner with senior leaders across all functions, ensuring alignment, communication, and engagement at every level.
- Best Practice & Methodology: Champion LEAN, Agile, and strategic programme management principles across the business.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing Strategy and Transformation team, while coordinating cross-functional resources.
