We’re searching for a top-tier professional to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Rolling Stock Customer Service business. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
