Join a two-year graduate journey that combines hands‑on experience with structured development. Through technical and professional training, graduate workshops, mentoring and leadership exposure, you'll build your skills while working on meaningful projects. Siemens Mobility is a global market leader in rail infrastructure, shaping the future of transportation through cutting edge technology, digital innovation, and sustainable engineering. As part of our Rail Infrastructure business, you’ll join a team that is transforming how people and goods move, making rail travel safer, smarter, greener, and more efficient.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Put your learning into practice by developing your knowledge of contracts and seeing how they are managed across real projects.
  • Get involved in live projects, collaborating with project teams and gaining valuable experience of day-to-day project delivery.
  • Grow your commercial awareness, developing skills in cost management, forecasting, reporting, risk and change.
  • Build the foundations for your career, with structured training, ongoing development and support towards professional chartership.
