Here Is How The Programme Works
Whilst on the Apprenticeship you will be following an apprenticeship standard ST0841 Engineering Manufacturing Technician. The programme structure will be Day Release. Whilst working towards a formal qualification you will also work as part of a team on real life projects within the workplace.

Essential Skills And Attributes
- You will have achieved or be on track to achieve at least 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above including Science and English language.
- You will have achieved or be on track to achieve GCSE Maths at grade 5 or above.
- You will have achieved or be on track to achieve a Level 3 Engineering Qualification.
- Alternatively, candidates must have achieved or be on track to achieve 3x A-Levels in suitable subjects (such as maths & physics).
- Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
- Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
