Global Talent Marketing Lead (f/m/d) at Siemens, Manchester, United Kingdom. The role reports to the Global Head of Talent Attraction.

You’ll make an impact by
- As a subject matter expert in communications, you will understand global critical talent audiences, their behaviors and motivations to define the overall Talent Attraction strategy.
- Develop Siemens’ strategy as an Employer of Choice for professionals and early talents. Create and manage a global talent communications, channel and content strategy, engaging our critical hiring audiences across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Develop and oversee the global Early Talent strategy.
- Develop and oversee the global Recruitment Marketing strategy, including managing key global vendors.
- Evaluate the success of programs and campaigns by analyzing key performance indicators.
- Establish positive relationships with local country and business TA operations and leaders, with a focus on enablement and continuous improvement.
- Establish strong and collaborative relationships with key partners across the Siemens ecosystem (e.g. Global Communications, Talent Acquisition Technology, Talent Programs and Leadership).
- Lead, develop, and mentor a small team of highly skilled specialists responsible for building and fostering relationships.
You excel in
- Education
- Master’s degree in HR Management, Marketing, Branding or Communication or significant and progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent attraction, employer branding. Proven understanding of TA delivery and operations required.
- Experience & Skills
- Long-term experience operating at a strategic level in a global, complex organization
- Significant experience working in change management or in an environment undergoing significant strategic change
- Significant and demonstrable leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced and globally operating environment at a functional level
- Solid business sense to understand business priorities and how this translates to attracting graduates and experienced professionals
- Ways of working
- Ability to build effective networks and maintain close dialogue with key partners to pursue defined goals
- Refined communication and presentation skills at all levels inside the organization and with strategic external partners. A dedicated, resilient, energetic individual who can respond constructively to challenges and consider diverse perspectives
