You will play a pivotal role in the efficient management of materials, inventory, and logistics, ensuring seamless operations for our service engineers and customers. Ensure full compliance with customs, excise, and import & export regulations for international shipments, including preparing all necessary documentation.
- Operations and Facilities Support: Operate and maintain computerised stock control systems (SAP, Salesforce) and ensure a clean, organised warehouse environment, including WEEE and waste management. Support overall facility safety and operational readiness through equipment checks (e.g., Power Pallet Trucks), audit preparation, and managing PPE levels.
- Safety and Training: Act as a certified Working at Heights Instructor (Ladder & Harness) and Fire Warden, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Serve as a First Aid Responder and perform specialised checks like DB (Sound Meter) meter calibration.
- Administrative and Communication: Handle stakeholder inquiries and manage consumable requisitions via Microsoft Office 365 applications. Effectively prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Bring:
