Position Overview
The Enablement, Data & Documentation Intern is a hands‑on learning opportunity designed for students who want to build practical experience in data analysis, business operations, and process documentation. In this role, you will support the Global Sales & Customer Success Learning and Development (GLaD) team by helping keep learner programs organised, data accurate, and processes clearly documented. You will be supported with guidance, examples, and mentorship while working on real projects that have real impact. This role also introduces you to responsible use of AI tools, with a focus on learning how to ask good questions, check results for accuracy, and use AI as a support tool, not a replacement for effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Enablement Support
- Help track learner and certification progress using existing reports, spreadsheets, and tools
- Assist with organising learner follow‑ups and program data coordinated through email and other written communication
- Support day‑to‑day tasks that keep enablement programs running smoothly
- Data & Analysis (Guided)
- Work with Excel to review and organise data
- Learn how to spot trends, gaps, or missing information
- Help summarise data findings in a clear, easy‑to‑understand way
- Practice checking data for accuracy and consistency
- Documentation & Process Basics
- Help create and update process documents, guides, and reference materials
- Organise documentation so it is easy for teams to find and use
- Learn how workflows are documented and improved in a business setting
- Participate in reviewing documents to ensure they are up to date
- AI as a Tool
- Use AI tools to help with summaries, drafting, and data analysis tasks
- Learn how to write clear prompts and review AI outputs carefully
- Build good habits around accuracy, validation, and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Required
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (Business, Analytics, Data, Information Systems, Economics, Communications, Technical Writing, or related discipline)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Clear written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new tools and concepts
- Preferred
- Coursework or academic projects involving data, research, or documentation
- Experience using AI tools for school or productivity
- Interest in learning programs, training, or process improvement
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, or Power BI
