We have an exciting new opportunity to join Siemens Mobility as an EHS Systems and Assurance Advisor in our Central Functions team where you’ll play a key role in supporting our aspiration of zero harm across the business. As part of our Environmental Protection, Health and Wellbeing, and Safety (EHS) team, you\\\’ll be the primary contact for maintaining and enhancing the digital tools used to manage EHS reporting, compliance, and performance improvement.

This role is site independent where you will be expected to work from a Siemens Mobility location with some expected travel. Experience with account managing internal IT compliance tools is essential, along with a working knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau. A solid understanding of corporate health and safety performance within large organisations would be very advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily being the key point of contact for system related queries, providing coaching, training and communication materials to support tool rollout and user adoption
  • Being responsible for the daily maintenance and integrity of EHS digital tools and systems, ensuring accurate data and smooth functionality across the business
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems and exploring new technologies to contribute to EHS performance and reporting
  • Supporting with analytical interrogation of EHS data, identifying historical and emerging trends, developing enhancements in existing tools to aid continuous improvement and generate reports that support business cases for risk mitigation strategies
  • Working with operational units to outline trends, overdue actions and steps needed to ensure the business remains compliant with internal controls
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external providers, keeping updated with developments and proactively promoting EHS performance across the business
