This is a significant opportunity to provide technical leadership on the innovation and prototyping of Digital Thread solutions. This position reports to the VP responsible for Portfolio Integration and is open anywhere in the US or EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply the latest in AI Assisted Prototyping solutions for the rapid creation of innovative and compelling application UX.
- Collaborate with colleagues to bring storyboards to life with an experience that is productive, modern, intuitive and consistent.
- Identify opportunities to delight our customers with compelling Digital Thread Scenarios.
- Differentiate in the market. Assess the UX of 3rd party solutions from online videos and other sources.
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry to stay abreast of modern UX design trends.
- Present prototypes to key stakeholders in live or recorded formats. Collect feedback and refine the experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Engineering and Manufacturing Industry knowledge.
- Ability to evaluate Digital Thread Scenarios from the engineering customer perspective.
- Knowledgeable on how engineers and customers use CAx and PLM to engineer and manufacture their products.
- Eye for phenomenal customer experience and desire to use the latest AI enabled tools like Figma Make, Lovable and Cursor for rapid solution prototyping.
- Ability to identify fundamental needs from ambiguous requests.
- Strong collaboration skills internally, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to leadership and stakeholder groups.
- Courage and creativity – Unafraid to try new things or challenge the status quo.
- BS or MS or equivalent experience
