We’re searching for a top-tier professional to lead our Continuous Improvement initiatives, playing a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Rolling Stock Customer Service business. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Champion operational excellence by implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Develop and execute a cutting-edge continuous improvement strategy aligned with Rolling Stock Customer Service goals.
- Lead and develop a team of continuous improvement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Drive transformative continuous improvement initiatives to successful completion.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor and communicate progress to senior management with impactful updates.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance continuous improvement skills.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications and skills required:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in continuous improvement within manufacturing or engineering.
- Proven success in leading change within complex organizations.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in a Rolling Stock environment is advantageous.
