By connecting data, people, and processes, we empower organizations to make smarter decisions, maximize asset performance, and achieve more resilient operations.

Do you thrive on shaping strategy, driving innovation, and making a tangible impact in multiple segments across government and infrastructure? If so, we invite you to become the Product Management Leader within our Asset & Maintenance (A&M) portfolio —a pivotal individual contributor role that offers you the autonomy and influence to act across a range of products.

In this high-impact, global position, you will be the strategic force behind our asset management software and AI-powered solutions tailored for asset lifecycle management. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from definition of the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap to ensuring successful execution and market adoption. This is an opportunity to elevate our entire offering from a product-centric approach to a powerful, vertical-focused solution that truly resonates with the diverse needs of asset-intensive organizations.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Strategic Vision and Portfolio Management
    • Market Whitespace Identification: Look beyond the current roadmap to identify new market categories or disruptive shifts.
    • Portfolio Balancing: Managing a mix of mature products, high-growth products, and R&D to ensure long‑term business viability.
    • Resource Allocation: Making the hard trade‑offs between competing product lines to maximize overall ROI for the company.
    • P&L Management: Understand the levers of revenue, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)—especially relevant in cloud/SaaS margins and operating expenses.
    • Pricing and Packaging: Move beyond simple cost‑plus pricing to value‑based pricing and complex licensing models (e.g., transitioning from perpetual to subscription).
    • Business Case Development: Build the financial justification for major investments, acquisitions, or pivots.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership
    • Sales Enablement at Scale: Partnering with global sales leaders to ensure the sales force can effectively position the product's value proposition.
    • Ecosystem and Channel Strategy: Understanding how to leverage partners, integrators, and marketplaces to expand reach without linear headcount growth.
    • Customer Success Alignment: Ensuring the product strategy accounts for retention and expansion, not just initial acquisition.
  • Organizational Influence and Stakeholder Management
    • Executive Presence: The ability to distill complex product challenges into business risks and opportunities for the C-suite or Board.
    • Cross-functional Orchestration: Aligning Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance around a single "North Star" metric.
    • Change Management: Leading the organization through transitions, such as adopting Agile at scale or shifting to a platform‑centric model.

This is how you'll win us over:

  • Significant experience of progressive product management experience, preferably within SaaS, asset management, infrastructure/facilities planning, or closely related fields.
  • Significant experience in government infrastructure markets (local or national government, contractor, and/or local authorities).
  • Proven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on products that deliver measurable results, drive significant product adoption, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data, as well as critically evaluate AI-generated insights (e.g., predictions, confidence levels, trade‑offs) to inform product decisions.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams from concept through successful delivery, without direct managerial authority.
  • Ability to align diverse groups towards a common product vision.
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and proactively; surfaces risks early, navigates difficult conversations with candor and tact, and adapts complex information for different audiences.
  • Anticipates challenges, breaks complex problems into actionable steps, and develops practical, creative solutions rather than simply identifying obstacles.
  • Takes full accountability for outcomes, follows through on commitments, addresses mistakes quickly with solutions, and works beyond role boundaries when needed to drive team and business success.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally for onsite client visits, customer‑centric events, and industry conferences, as needed.

You'll thrive even more if you also bring:

  • Portfolio Ownership & Accountability: Prior experience managing a product portfolio with clear accountability for its performance, strategic direction, and successful delivery.
  • AI-Forward Visionary: Practical use of AI to help perform market research, and develop product requirements, as well as consideration of how AI can be used inside the products to increase efficiency and usability.
  • Pragmatic Decision-Making: A proven ability to make pragmatic decisions that effectively balance the unique objectives of the public sector, technological constraints, and complex interdependencies.
  • Executive Presence & Credibility: Possess strong executive presence and credibility, enabling effective engagement with senior leadership, government officials, and key industry partners.
  • Innovation & Business Model Transformation: A track record of thinking beyond current offerings, identifying new opportunities, and driving business model innovation within the product space.
  • Customer‑Centric Engagement: An exceptional client service ethic and comfort engaging confidently with leaders across municipalities, counties, educational institutions, and other public entities.
