We are currently seeking an Events & Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will focus on the coordination of events and office locations for our EMEA business. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage planning, implementation, and reporting across all industry tradeshows, conferences, and association events to drive sales & services pipeline.
This includes events that generate leads and awareness for our sales teams as well as cross-sell & upsell opportunities, and retention. The role will also be the central contact point for all office-based queries.
You’ll make a difference by
- As an Event Coordinator: Lead the planning and delivery of external and internal events, including budgeting, planning, logistics and post-event follow up.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Product, Services, and Sales to align event activity with annual business objectives.
- Manage a diverse range of events, including client conferences, training sessions, sales kick-offs, webinars, and third-party events.
- Coordinate event marketing and communications through Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring effective lead tracking and follow-up.
- Work with internal and external creative partners to develop event materials.
- Support EMEA leadership with travel and entertainment arrangements.
- As our Office Coordinator: Manage office operations, including supplies, meeting room coordination, and staff supplies and communications.
- Oversee facilities and property management, including internal, maintenance and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and manage office service providers.
- Maintain a well-stocked, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
