Make an impact: We are seeking a highly driven, strategically minded, and operationally curious Account Development Representative (ADR) to help grow the pipeline for our Asset Essentials Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SaaS solution across multinational enterprises and leading national organizations within the consumer-packaged goods, heavy manufacturing, and process industries.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing and nurturing strategic opportunities through an account-based approach. Working closely within a dedicated team alongside Strategic Enterprise Account Executives (AEs), you will help build relationships across complex organizations, engaging stakeholders at both site and corporate levels.

This is far more than a traditional lead generation role. It is a collaborative, team-oriented position suited to someone with a natural interest in operational environments, a curiosity for how large organizations function, and an enthusiasm for identifying and connecting with decision-makers. You will enjoy researching organisational structures, uncovering business challenges, creating meaningful engagement opportunities, and developing your expertise in enterprise software sales.

This hybrid role requires travel to London two to three days per week to collaborate with the wider team and support customer engagement activities.

This role will include:

  • Partner closely with Strategic Account Executives to develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies.
  • Research and map target accounts, identifying key stakeholders across corporate and operational teams.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build account intelligence, uncovering organisational structures, priorities, and operational challenges.
  • Engage with plant and operational leaders to understand reliability and maintenance initiatives.
  • Qualify opportunities and coordinate seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate account, stakeholder, and activity records in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to pipeline growth through collaborative, team-based selling.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Sales Maturity: experience of corporate B2B sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting experience (SaaS, industrial software, or manufacturing sectors preferred), or a strong desire to transition into technology sales from an operational/engineering background.
  • Technical Literacy: A strong desire to understand how factory floors operate. While you don’t need an engineering degree, you must be eager to learn the language of plant management, manufacturing metrics (OEE), and industrial automation layers.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work in a close-knit team environment, coordinate outreach campaigns with senior sales professionals, and actively process feedback to iterate on prospecting frameworks.
  • Precision Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex operational value quickly and clearly to technical floor managers or corporate leaders alike.
  • Demonstrates resilience, initiative, and a proactive approach to achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience working with Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, and ZoomInfo or equivalent sales engineering tools is highly preferred.

We offer:

  • Hybrid Working: Achieve a healthy work-life balance with our flexible working arrangements.
  • Pension Plan: Secure your future with our generous pension scheme, with employer contributions up to 10%.
  • Time Off: Recharge and rejuvenate with 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), and the option to buy or sell an additional 5 days.
  • Performance-Based Bonus

We are fully committed to providing equal opportunities and building an inclusive workplace where a broad range of backgrounds and perspectives thrive. We embrace the many ways people think, learn, and experience the world because we know that diverse minds drive innovation. So that we can support you to be your best during the application and interview process, please let us know if you have any specific requirements.
