  • Managing supplier performance using Siemens tools and driving improvements
  • Identifying and delivering cost reduction opportunities using advanced procurement methods
  • Leading supplier negotiations for optimal commercial outcomes
  • Drafting and managing supplier contracts with internal experts
  • Embedding strong supply chain governance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Staying sharp on risk and performance, maintaining a clear view on compliance, risk, and supply chain performance
