Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Value Realization & Delivery Excellence: Own the charge in driving value realization, ensuring high-quality, timely, and within-budget project delivery.
  • Establish and implement robust project structures and governance, actively upholding the Siemens Delivery Framework to ensure clarity, control, and consistent project success.
  • Master project financials, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to safeguard success and financial health, while providing strategic insights.
  • Lead the tracking of project performance, reporting metrics, and providing insightful, strategic recommendations to senior management, ensuring transparency and facilitating informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Track Record of Success: Successfully led complex projects, navigating challenges and celebrating achievements.
  • Financial Foresight: Demonstrated experience managing project budgets effectively.
  • Inspiring Leadership & Communication: Leadership, presentation, and team‑building skills enabling empowerment, engagement, and goal attainment.
  • Analytical Mentality & Problem‑Solving Prowess: Analytical abilities and creative problem‑solving skills to dissect issues and devise innovative solutions.
  • Education: Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Project Management qualification (e. g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Background in complex industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Software or Automotive is advantageous.
  • Contract Details

This is a fixed‑term contract role from 09/01/26 till 10/15/27.

Compensation

The total cash compensation range for this position is £50,000 to £99,900, with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement).

The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
