Siemens Mobility in the UK is seeking a Human Factors & Ergonomics Engineer to join the Control Systems team.

Based at one of our UK offices (Chippenham, Derby or Birmingham) for three days a week, with two remote days, you will contribute to human-centered design across major rail projects.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure systems are usable, safe, and meet operator needs, supporting HF integration, requirements capture, usability assessments, and testing.
