What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a recent University Graduate who is eager to own their career journey through learning, networking, collaboration, and growth discussions. As an Associate Consultant, you will engage in a challenging but rewarding period of learning, which will provide you with the tools and skills needed to contribute to a variety of business and customer projects in different industries. Topics covered include soft skills, business processes, and product/solution areas. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and high-performing team with whom there will be frequent interaction. To get the most out of the role, the person must be able to work out of our Siemens Solihull office and be willing to undertake occasional UK travel.
What You’ll Be Doing
Following the initial period of learning, you will have the opportunity to transition and develop into a role which works proactively with Consultants, Architects, Project Managers and other internal interfaces to ensure that our customers succeed in their objectives and demonstrate our suite of software products. Responsibilities include:
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
- Project Delivery in line with Project Management Methodology
- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration
- Maximising Team Financial Performance
What You’ll Bring
A minimum 2:1 Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area such as computer science, engineering, business-focused, marketing or sales. Desire to collaborate in a friendly team environment and be proactive in the business. Availability to attend an assessment centre in person on the 3rd of March 2026 at our Solihull office.
