Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with Technical Sales teams to provide commercial insights that inform and influence key decisions.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance across the division.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related subject area.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with SAP or similar financial systems.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
- Experience in a commercial finance role within a large or matrix organisation.
