We are looking for an expert and driven Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Building Management Systems (BMS). This is a phenomenal opportunity to provide hands‑on technical expertise, helping to compose the future of smart building product services.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge on Siemens products to engineers in the field
- Provide remote support for Siemens BMS systems
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets
- Collaborate with clients and Siemens engineers to ensure high‑quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base development
- Know the latest Siemens product updates and industry trends, and share insights with the team
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation
- Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, KNX, DALI and other building communication protocols
- Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Proven experience with Siemens BMS platforms (Desigo CC, PX Series, Insight, etc.)
- Siemens certification or training
- Experience with energy management and smart building technologies
- Knowledge of IT networks and cybersecurity in BMS environments
