What you’ll do:
- Design and deploy test systems for PCB and/or product‑level testing
- Maintain and optimise production test processes for reliability and efficiency
- Analyse machine data and apply problem‑solving techniques to improve capability and quality
- Support new product introductions and continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate globally to share best practices and standardise solutions
- Mentor technicians and peers on test engineering principles
Qualifications:
- Degree/HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Hands‑on experience with automated or manual test systems in manufacturing
- Strong problem‑solving skills using statistical methods
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to all audiences
Desirable Skills:
- Programming exposure (C/C++, low‑code, or graphical environments)
- Experience with ICT platforms (Keysight, Teradyne) or flying‑probe systems (Takaya, SPEA)
