Join Siemens (Electrium Sales Ltd.) in a senior finance leadership role where you’ll drive financial control, insight, and performance across our Electrical Products division. Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Head of Reporting, Accounting & Controlling to lead financial operations for a key business area. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will shape financial strategy, ensure strong governance, and enable business performance through high-quality reporting and insight. Your reporting line will be directly to the Finance Director.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead strategic financial planning to enhance performance and support long-term growth
- Lead all aspects of financial reporting and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Own forecasting processes, including revenue, cost, and profitability analysis
- Provide leadership across reporting, accounting, and controlling, ensuring robust governance and risk management
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and support decision-making
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and controls
What you’ll bring
- Controller / Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting, and controlling in a complex organisation
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Track record of delivering process improvements and efficiencies
- International finance experience or exposure to cross-border operations
- Familiarity with AI tools for finance transformation
- Experience using Power BI or similar analytics tools
