What Will Your Day Look Like?
You’ll be based in Stoke Poges, where we encourage office presence to help you learn, connect, and thrive. You will have the flexibility to also work from home. There is also a strong Early Careers community that supports each other and creates fantastic social opportunities, helping you build networks and friendships while developing professionally.
Year 1: Embarking on your learning journey by studying towards your Level 3 in Business Administration while rotating through various departments of Siemens Financial Services.
Year 2: Continuing your rotations and learning, aiming to succeed at the End. Due to the rotational nature of this scheme, your role can include (but is not limited to):
- Liaising with internal and external customers through various communication methods in response to their queries.
- Providing support to our sales teams and internal and external customers.
- Verifying documents for accuracy before new customer agreements go live.
- Processing incoming payments for rentals and settlements.
- Reviewing current and future assets and analysing our portfolio to mitigate risk and maximise reward.

- Achieved 4 GCSE’s grade 4 or above, including mathematics and English language and currently working towards either A Levels, BTEC or equivalent.

- Flexible and adaptable, you will have a chance to rotate around the business and experience different placements.
- Organised and collaborative.
- Willingness to learn and excitement about a career in financial services.
