The predicted salary is between 75000 - 85000 £ per year.

This role will be home based, with some travel expectations. You’ll create impact by:

  • You will lead the successful execution and delivery of complex DCC and smart metering projects within our Advanta TECH GB&I organization, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • You will serve as the day-to-day face of Siemens towards the customer, managing the full project lifecycle and maintaining strong relationships with customer stakeholders across delivery, governance, and escalation channels.
  • You will manage project scope, milestones, resources, cost, risks, and quality across DCC-related programs and change requests, including initiatives such as MDM upgrades, DCC adapter and interface changes, recertification activities, infrastructure and failover topics, and deployment-driven releases.
  • You will work closely with customers, coordinating Siemens teams, partners, and customer contributors to ensure transparent reporting, effective issue resolution, and dependable delivery execution.
  • You will support seamless handover from Technical Sales to Execution, align staffing with Capacity Management and Technical Leads, drive governance in line with ADV TECH standards, and contribute to additional business through change requests and follow-on opportunities.

You’re excited to build upon your existing expertise, including:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in project management for software delivery, system integration, and IT/OT transformation projects, ideally in regulated utility or smart metering environments.
  • Demonstrated experience as lead Project Manager for external customers, with strong ownership of scope, schedule, financials, governance, and risk management across customer-facing delivery programs.
  • Experience in delivering complex utility and energy projects, with exposure to DCC integration, smart metering, MDM platforms, cloud-based environments, interfaces, infrastructure dependencies, and operational release management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate effectively in multi-location and multicultural teams while maintaining transparent reporting to senior leadership.
  • Fluent in English; project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience with structured governance, change control, and continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
