Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as QC Sample Preparation Technician and you will manage and organise quality testing consumables for use in the quality testing of IMMULITE products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You should operate and maintain complex equipment and processes following all associated procedures and flag any equipment outside calibration or specification.
  • You will complete procedural and Quality Assurance documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • You should comply with company Health and Safety procedures at all times, complete Near Miss investigations and the implementation of any preventative and corrective actions.
  • You will initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Schedule and prioritise daily tasks such as assays, checks, data manipulations and computer transactions to ensure that all are completed within the allocated timeframe.
  • Issue materials to internal departments as requested.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Must demonstrate a proven ability to analyse information leading to informed decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and be capable of working in a high pressure environment.
  • Must have a good level of IT skill – specifically use of Microsoft Office applications.
