Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced leader to head Field Service and Workshop Operations at our Hebburn site.

You will drive operational excellence, balance strategic leadership with day‑to‑day performance, and champion safety, quality and customer satisfaction across field and workshop activities.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, develop capability, manage resources, and collaborate with Product Line Management, Sales and Tendering to support growth and Siemens' wider objectives.
