This is an exciting opportunity to lead Strategic Procurement for Electrium/Electrical Products, playing a pivotal role in delivering commercial value, strengthening supplier partnerships, and supporting the long-term success of the business.
You’ll lead procurement strategy, champion continuous improvement, and work collaboratively across multiple functions to ensure a resilient and high-performing supply chain.

- Leading supplier relationships and negotiations, securing favourable commercial terms and driving sustainable value creation.
- Driving procurement performance and cost optimisation through savings initiatives and KPI management.
- Strengthening supply chain resilience through proactive risk management and continuity planning.
- Collaborating across the business with production, planning, product management, finance, and technical teams.
- Leading and developing a high-performing procurement team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship development.
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, supply chain dynamics, and risk management.
