We are looking for a Head of Procurement for our Rolling Stock and Customer Service Businesses to act as the strategic interface between the two Business Units and Siemens Mobility UKI Procurement. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll be the central point of contact for all procurement activity, ensuring business needs are effectively translated and delivered through the wider procurement function.
You’ll be accountable for aligning procurement delivery with Business Unit and customer requirements, tracking performance against key KPIs and driving consistent, high‑quality outcomes. Acting as the voice of the customer within procurement, and the voice of the supplier back into the Business Unit, you’ll play a critical role in enabling alignment, transparency and value delivery.
Operating within a matrix environment, you’ll influence and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure procurement activities are executed effectively, despite having no direct reports.
