We will create a personalised training plan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of your programme, you will be equipped with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to kickstart your professional career here at Siemens Mobility.
- Take a 2 year journey through the business covering engineering, innovation, retrofit, maintenance operations, sales, digitisation, safety etc.
- Undertake a range of vocational and product trainings to support building your knowledge
- Gain the necessary experience and portfolio to support Chartered Engineer status
- Support our engineering organisation delivering engineering work packages required to maintain and develop our fleets, taking on more challenging tasks as your journey progresses
- Take part in Innovation projects to bring new, sustainable and future technologies to the industry across a range of engineering disciplines
- Learn how our business operates and how the engineering approach is vital to ensure efficient and safe delivery of our products
Essential Skills and Attributes
We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:
- Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Software Engineering, Business and Economics
